We believe that managing pain depends on whether it is acute or chronic and whether it is simple in nature emanating from one or 2 tissues or complex in nature where multiple tissues could be involved including nerve pathways or if the pain is part of a complex syndrome like fibromyalgia or if psychosocial issues have clouded the overall picture. Here at SARM we offer 4 major forms of Non Drug-Alternative, technology based pain management. Firstly, for acute injuries including strained muscles, sprains, tendinitis, muscle/tendon tears, bursitis, bruised muscles, which are injuries sustained in sporting injuries, we offer the quick and highly effective CRYO Penguin which is based the tissue being exposed to liquid nitrogen vapour at very low temperarures for a set amount of time. This accelerates tissue healing by increasing blood flow, increasing endorphins and cytokine flow and tissue metabolism. For acute injuries, we also offer LED based Photobiomodulation which also accelerates healing by increasing blood flow and the amount of ATP or fuel in cells. We also offer Medical Grade Class 1 Laser based focused therapy for joints and muscles. We also have Extra-Corporeal Shock Wave therapy Lastly, we can also offer clients autologous Platelet Rich Plasma injections rich in growth factors to accelerate acute joint injuries.
